These lyrics are witty, and so relevant to the Nintendo generation. The melody blends modern with retro, and the drums are full and live sounding, especially with that tambourine, great work!

These harmonies really add to the song and the horns are an interesting choice of accompaniment. Your vocal delivery on the line "Starts to fly away" has a great touch of grit. The hook could use a little more definition. You say "She cries as she calls out his name", maybe it would have more of an impact if you showed more about who those two people are. Remember to include lyrics with your submission.

The lyrics are intricate and original and your voice has a conversational vibe.
